Username or email

Adds a group member. Playback and drawing access are managed in the room; video privacy stays unchanged.

Session permissions

Screen sharing needs no approval. Choose what to share yourself. Playback control and drawing are separate, temporary permissions for this session.

Automatically approve new requests

Only the coach can change this setting. Revoked permissions always require the coach’s approval to restore.

Requests

People in this session

Changing session permissions does not grant access to someone’s private recordings or change their team role. Existing recording privacy settings still apply.
